My dear friend - and future LMP bride! - Priscilla joined me at sunrise in a sprawling field near her hometown in Winchester, Virginia. Although it was seriously cold, and I was suffering from not-at-all-fun morning sickness, at the time, she was such a gem and hid her shivers and modeled so beautifully in her soft, flowing blue gown.
The inspiration for the shoot was elegance, whimsy and beautiful light. A girl and her books, twirling in a field without a care in the world. As the great C.S. Lewis said, “You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.”
